The Opportunity
Lawn & Land Marketing isn’t just another agency. We’re on a mission to help green industry businesses grow to 7- and 8-figure revenues. Paid advertising (especially Google Ads) is a major part of how we get them there.
As our Google Ads Specialist, you’ll be the one managing and optimizing campaigns that directly drive client success. This is a key role that connects our vision with real, measurable results.

What You’ll Own
Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality; making adjustments to improve results.
Keyword & Audience Strategy: Research, test, and refine targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
Ad Copy & Creative Collaboration: Work with our team to develop compelling, on-brand ad copy and creative that converts.
Reporting: Provide clear, actionable performance reports to the team and account managers.
Continuous Improvement: Stay on top of Google Ads trends and green industry seasonality to keep campaigns competitive.
Availability
Full-time (~40 hours/week - we care about output, not hours)
Monday – Friday, working EST (Eastern/New York) business hours (with some flexibility)
Fully remote position
